We're all about making sure you're happy with your ecoHiny products, which is why we're happy to accept returns within a generous 75-day window.

Just make sure the product is in its original packaging and not looking too worse for wear.

We'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original form of payment.

To start the return process, shoot us an email at info@ecohiny.com with the subject line "RETURN: order #xxxxx" and tell us why you're sending it back.

Don't forget to include a current photo of the product!
